Terms & Conditions

Enrolling in a batch or course reserves a seat for that student for the term it covers. A seat is confirmed once the first payment is recorded against the enrolment — an enquiry alone does not hold it.

Attendance is recorded per class, by roll call. Students are expected to attend the batch and class times they are enrolled in and to behave in a way that does not disrupt the class for others. The academy may suspend a student's access to a batch for repeated disruption.

Course fees are due on the schedule set for each batch. An unpaid due may be followed by a reminder to the guardian or student contact on file, and continued non-payment may result in suspension from classes until the due is cleared.

Exam and MCQ results are published for the student to check with their own credentials. Results reflect the answers submitted during the exam window; a result cannot be revised after publication except to correct a genuine marking error.

The public lecture library and practice exams are free and open to any visitor, with or without an account. The academy may add, reorder, or retire a lecture or practice exam at any time.

We may update these terms as the academy's programs change. The date at the top of this page is the last time it was revised.
