Privacy Policy

When you enrol in a batch, register for a practice exam, or create an account, we collect the details you provide directly — name, phone number, guardian contact, institution, and class/batch. Attendance, payment, and exam-result records are created as you use the academy, and roll-call scans record the time and class they belong to.

We use this information to run classes and exams, track attendance and payments, issue ID cards, publish results, and contact students and guardians about schedule changes, dues, or academy announcements by SMS or phone. We do not use student data to build advertising profiles.

Student records are visible to the academy's admins and to the manager assigned to that student's batch. A public exam result or MCQ result page shows only what is needed to look up a result — it does not list a student's private contact details.

Attendance, payment, and course-work reminders are sent by SMS to the guardian or student contact number on file. A message that a provider reports as failed is not retried automatically — an admin reviews and resends it by hand.

We keep enrolment, attendance, payment, and exam records for as long as a student is active at the academy, and for a reasonable period after to answer questions about past results or dues. You can ask us to review or correct incorrect contact details at any time.
